It is a complex red wine, from 2017, made from Cabernet Sauvignon grape varieties (60%), Merlot (20%) and Feteasca Neagra (20%), each of them contributing to shaping the personality of the wine. Thus, strong, aromatic and well structured, the wine retains olfactory and gustatory aromas characteristic of berries, but also sweet fruits. It is recommended to taste the wine at 16-18 degrees Celsius, along with various culinary preparations, from cheddar, bulz or gorgonzola cheeses to beef or lamb dishes.
