If you're looking for a healthy and delicious salad, you've come to the right place! Today we present you a recipe for Superfood Salad with Black Garlic , Quinoa Seeds and Balsamic Oil, using ingredients from Transylvania Finest Foods.

This salad combines the rich and healthy taste of black garlic , the flavors of sesame seeds and the unmistakable flavor of balsamic oil.


- 200 grams of baby spinach
- 3-4 radishes cut into slices
- 1 diced avocado
- 4 cloves of black garlic
- 30 g of balsamic vinegar
- 150 g cooked quinoa seeds
- 30 g of olive oil
- pumpkin seeds
- parsley
- Salt and pepper to taste


To start, wash and prepare all the vegetables.

We start with baby spinach, parsley and add the quinoa seeds. These seeds are high in protein, fiber and healthy fatty acids, making them a great addition to a superfood salad. We mix everything gently to combine the colors and flavors.

Now it's time to add salt, parsley and the avocado cubes. Then add thin slices of black garlic. Black garlic adds flavor, and is rich in nutrients and antioxidants. Mix everything well and add some pumpkin seeds.
