Method of preparation:
  1. Cleaning the seafood: Start by cleaning the calamari, shrimp and scallops. Make sure the seafood is well washed and prepared for cooking. If you want to use frozen products, we recommend products from Royal German Fish ans Seafood.

  2. Preparing the vegetables: Cut the cherry tomatoes in half and finely chop the black garlic. Parsley and pepperoncino should also be finely chopped.

  3. Cooking the seafood: In a large pot, heat a little olive oil and add the minced black garlic. Let it simmer until aromatic, then add the calamari, prawns and clams. Saute over medium heat until seafood begins to open and cook.

  4. Adding the tomatoes and sauce: Add the cherry tomatoes and tomato sauce to the pot. Stir well and simmer for about 10 minutes to allow the flavors to meld.

  5. Finishing the soup: After the juice from the tomatoes has reduced a bit and the seafood is cooked, add the parsley and chopped peperoncino. Adjust the salt and pepper to taste to your preference.

  6. Making the toast: Cut the bread into slices and toast them until golden and crispy.

  7. Serving: Serve the soup hot, garnished with a drizzle of olive oil or cold-pressed sunflower oil and accompanied by slices of toasted bread to soak up the delicious sauce.
