Croissant recipe with black garlic - (fast) Superfood

Ingredients:

1 fresh croissant
1 piece of butter (about 30g)
2 cloves of black garlic


Method of preparation:

Black Garlic


Cut the croissant in half horizontally, so that you get two equal pieces.

Spread a piece of butter on each croissant half.

Put the cloves of black garlic on one of the croissant slices

Cover the croissant with the other half and press lightly.

Enjoy the delicious croissant with butter and black garlic for breakfast or as an afternoon snack!
